Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

007 Studios offers the following services:

• Custom website development
• Native mobile app development
• Digital technology consulting
• Artificial intelligence automation
• Maintenance and technical support

Our work process includes:

• Initial consultation and requirements analysis
• Detailed proposal and budget
• Design and development
• Testing and review
• Delivery and launch
• Post-launch support

Payment terms are agreed individually for each project. We generally require:

• 50% advance payment to start the project
• Remaining 50% upon project completion
• Billing in euros (EUR)
• 30-day payment term

Once the total project payment is completed, the client acquires all rights to the delivered work, except:

• Third-party components with specific licenses
• Reusable code from our internal library
• Development tools and frameworks

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the client during project development.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We guarantee that our work:

• Meets the agreed specifications
• Is free of critical errors
• Works in the specified browsers
• Complies with current web standards

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Almería, Spain.
